Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days before your order is shipped.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer standard shipping Australia-wide. If you need your order faster, choose express shipping at check out! All postage is based on weight, and will be calculated at checkout!
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes! If you're in the Hunter Valley area (Thornton), you can arrange a local pickup. Simply select "Pick Up" at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following payment options:
- Shop Pay
- Afterpay (Buy now, pay later)

- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: We do not accept cancellations due to change of mind, as each magnet is custom-made. However, if your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we may be able to modify it. Contact us ASAP if you need changes.

Customization & Design
Q: Can I use my own photos for the magnets?
A: Absolutely! Simply upload a high-resolution image (JPEG or PNG) when placing your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Q: Do you edit or enhance photos before printing?
A: We print your photos as they are. If you need any adjustments (brightness, cropping, etc.), please let us know when you place your order.
Q: What size are the photo magnets?
A: Our photo magnets are 5cm x 5cm (2").
